All shipping costs are free, I use trusted couriers and post offices.
All items are tracked, and you will be sent the tracking information, as soon as shipped.

Packaging:
Sometimes the works are flat packed, and sometimes rolled in a tube, it depends on the weight of the paper, and type of materials etc.
Refunds:
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can be fully refunded, just let me know within fourteen days of receiving the work.
